Hi, I'm Laura and my husband and I fell in love with Playa del Carmen in 1993 when it was still a little fishing village. Today it is a gorgeous European-like city with beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants, world-class shopping with lots of things to do. We bought some condos in the finest properties in Playa and have been renting them out since 2005. We love the location of our properties because we can walk everywhere. When I started the rental business I made a commitment to provide honest answers to people's questions and to respond to inquiries within hours. Marcela Hola! I am originally from Monterrey, Mexico and have been living in Playa del Carmen since 2013. I've had the opportunity to travel the world, but I fell in love with Playa and have made it my home. I have degrees in Tourism and International Affairs and have worked for American Airlines, a Travel Agency, and several hotels in Playa and in Monterey. I speak Spanish, Italian, English and a little French and German.
